I help people in all stages of life. Most of my clients are moving through a transition and see how the extra support and guidance can help.

It depends on what you are looking for. I have different offerings you can find out more about on the Services page, but if you are seeking to create serious changes in your life, if you want to break out of old paradigms and develop new practices and habits, if you are looking for true transformation I encourage at least 3 months of dedicated weekly sessions.

No, I don’t offer bi-monthly sessions to incoming clients for a number of reasons. The work is collaborative and part of the process is developing relationship and vocabulary with each other. This takes time, and meeting every other week at the beginning impedes that development. It has been my experience that clients never really get off the ground without this strong foundation. I am open to revisiting the question once the foundation is there and your dedication to the work is demonstrated in your actions.

No, at this time I do not.

Life happens, and I understand there will be times when appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled. If for any reason you are unable to attend a scheduled session it is important to give notice in good time.

Sessions cancelled less than 24hrs in advance and missed sessions will be charged the full fee. I will offer times to reschedule when possible (there will be a $25 rescheduling fee applied for sessions rescheduled inside the 24hr window).

If you are running late please reach out. I will wait 15 minutes past our scheduled time, but if I haven’t heard from you by then the session will be considered cancelled and the full price will be charged.
